Actually, Instagram is the worst bc I didn’t find a way to organize the posts(I really don’t want to create another acc). So you can either read the masterpost I did here on tumblr or go to the fb album where I’m organizing all the posts into a single album :)
I started to draw again in the 365 days project, where I did a drawing a day for the whole year. It was not professional yet. The amount of drawings I did by that time helped a lot. When you’re starting, I recommend choosing quantity over quality. Don’t get too attached to drawings and move to the next thing. Even today I have to remind myself that to require perfection is to invite paralysis. It gets better with time. It is painfully slow but it does!
Things got more intense in 2015 when I went back to foundations, human figure anatomy, perspective and such. I’m still on this “phase” I guess? Perspective is still a nightmare to me and I still have to go deeper into color theory so I still have a loooot to learn :’)
